ADSL Line - Keeps Breaking

I am constantly experiencing problems with my Telkom ADSL line. This can be verified by looking at all the calls logged on my number, which can be found in the email subject.

After experiencing very intermittent service last month, possibly the month before, technicians today were working in my area, fixing other issues. During this work by the technicians, my ADSL line stopped working.

I approached the technician and shared my concern relating to the fact that his work on fixing other lines has now resulted in my ADSL line not working.

The technician responsible for this was 'Frans'. A second technician, whose name I did not ask was also working in the area at the same time. I begged 'Frans' to fix my problem, that he caused. He indicated that he will look, however, a few minutes later he simply drove away. He also presented other stories, that he was an underground cable guy and he could not fix my problem, that he will however drive to the 'box' and take a look and obtain the line details. He will also ask the second technician to assist. All blatant, since he did none of this.
