Cell C
No Coverage!!!

This complaint is born out of complete frustration at the Cell C network. this is a persistent issue that has not been resolved now for months and there is an ongoing refusal of liability. Not only is this with regard to my cell fone, but my internet... it is and nothing gets done! Why are we paying for service... WHEN WE DONT GET A SERVICE!!! since last year my blackberry is little more than a R79 fone with a green screen backlight i can buy at Pep stores... the little function that i have is premenstral. And Cell C want to say that its a blckberry issue... ITS NOT! If i want to go on my browser it takes easily 5minutes to load a page, whatsapp, appworld anything for a matter of fact is barely functioning. Im tired of these generic answers than the call centre want to vomit in my ears> all i want is it to be sorted out!!! i dont want a consultant calling me tellin me they are working on it... it cant take you over 4 months to sort out a network related problem. How is cell c getting away with this? and no theres nothing wrong with my fone, because as soon as my vodacom sim goes it my fone it works!!! I want gprs coverage and i want it now!
