Our Company has faulty lines... 3 days since our complaint and to date we have had no positive feedback, even just a confirmation that our complaint is receiving attention!
We have made follow up calls on a daily basis and the only reply we get is: We are very busy and we cannot tell you when we will be able to attend to your enquiry.
