I submitted a complaint on here on 11 March 2013 and received an email from Telkom stating that the complaint was receiving attention and that feed back will be sent to me. I can confirm, that to date, no further communication has been received from Telkom. The reference number provided for this complaint was ARS 223756. Telkom should improve their service levels in order to resolve queries and complaints quickly.
