Cell C staff are incompitent

In October my contract changed an a new smaller amount had to be deducted. Cell C then told me the same amount would be deducted i called the call centre they confirmed that in November the correct amount will be taken and a refund will eb given to me. i was told 7 days it is now almost more than a month and still no refund. i spoke to Skhumbuzo Ndhlovu in escalation who told me it will be done early in the next week and that was on the 05/12/2013 last week i called in the 7th day spoke to Pshepiso the manager who told me it will be in my account my COB last Thursday. he gave me his cell no to let him know if it was in. COB came nothing i called him he said i should call him the Friday and he will have it done. i called him the fir day he said he will call me back and ever since then he has been avoiding my calls and no mine deposited!!! i am sick and tiered of the incompitent people in Cell C. when you owe them they quick to cut your line but need to fight for months on end to get what is rightfully mine!!! something needs to be done before i take this further...
