This is the second time that I am lodging the same complaint. I have an Internet contract with Vodacom and they did not check the reception as they should have. After my complaint they phoned my husband and myself on a daily basis for a few days promising prompt action and investigation. In all the calls the same promises were made. There was no positive feedback, only promises of investigation. We have not heard from them since and it would appear as if they hope this problem will just go away. I have been a vodacom client for many years and have numerous existing contract with them. I cannot believe that this is the way they treat their clients.
