ADSL feedback is as scarce as the ADSL line

I have been querying the implementation of ADSL lines in my area for the last year and a half, I have called and emailed numerous times but no one is ever able to give me decent feedback. Even the Telkom Escalations team is hopeless because as of 12/11/13 11:10am I still haven't received feedback on my complaint after receiving confirmation from the escalations team that I would (dated 4/11/2013), does it really take 7 days to get back to your clients. Is the entire Telkom office completely incapable of providing feedback on ADSL lines in the Parklands area?? does it really take this long to provide feedback on the current status of setting up ADSL lines in the area, or is it a case of Telkom just doesn't care and therefore cant be bothered to give feedback to one of their clients. Shocking to say the least. Really disgusted that the Telkom Escalations team cant even get it right. This is completely unprofessional and really disappointing for such a big organisation.
