Telkom charges me for 3 lines only 1 works

2 Weeks ago I reported faulty phone lines in my business.
I have and pay for 3 lines and only one works. I have many times phoned and text my complaint and receive continuous reference numbers - 214CWZ2300114, - 436cwz2900114. Nothing happens. I m loosing business my clients fight and argue with me because they cant get a hold of me. This is totally unacceptable especially for a business like mine. My office staff informed me 2 weeks ago a representative of Telkom showed up at my office, he took a personal cellphone call outside, laughed, chatted, then left. Forgetting to attend to my complaint. This is very bad service, unprofessional and totally unacceptable. I'm running a very successful business here and demand that my lines, that I pay for, be fixed immediately, before I loose more business. I give Telkom 7 days to resolve this urgent matter. If by then Telkom has has not addressed this issue I will forward this issue to my legal department.
