Charged for a bundle i never requested

Took out a cell c contract at cell c shop at menlyn shopping centre, was supposed to be a 200 min, 512mb special with iphone 5 for R399. For a few months was being charged extra, and didnt pay much attention. Then the nightmare started when i called the call centre to query.

9Nov: spoke to Charlotte Mathews. Found out that a 2nd data bundle was activated by the branch which i then cancelled. I asked for a refund for the months that i was charged, a case was logged and i was promised feedback within 48 hours.

22Dec: still no news. Called call centre spoke to Mandisa, got another reference number and again promised feedback withing 48 hours. There was a problem tracking down the person at the branch.

6Dec. Still no feedback. Spoke to call centre agent again, who told me i must go the the branch - I freaked out. Was transferred to Palisa Nhlapo from escalations department, who then assured me that it would be sorted out and that i would receive feedback within 48 hours.

19Dec. Still nothing - Spoke to Masivuye Mazilazila from Durban. Apparently they dont transfer to escalations. I was promised that Supervisor Sheldeen Shakilah Saib would call me after 5 minutes. - Still waiting
