I am at my wits end with this company... over the last 6 months I have been trying unsuccessfully to get them to stop and reverse the dual bill charge on my account. All they seem interested in is ripping us customers off.
I only receive my bill via email and have confirmed this with their call centre and was assured that this was done but every time I check my bill they keep on charging me for this. I know they need the money but to do it unethically and ripping customers off is just wrong no matter how you look at it.
Every time I call their call centre I am told that their records show that I only receive my bill via email.
Can somebody sort this mess out and refund me all the amounts they took from my account.
