I was subscribed unknowingly to a content service on my data contract. VODACOM takes no ownership for this yet they BILL me for this service?.. They pass the blame onto 3 party companies stating they cannot do anything or pass a refund yet the 3 rd party company in black and white have confirmed that VODACOM had given them permission to bill my number.

How does VODACOM get the right to bill my account for a service which was apparently accepted over an UNSECURED / UNVALIDATED website.

Where is consumer protection in all this? Where is the corporate responsibility of VODACOM to protect its customers in all this?
