Unacceptable customer service!

I have never before experience such TERRIBLE service! I cancelled my contract TWO months ago because they were charging me almost double what they initially said the cost was. They are STILL billing me and I don't even use the number anymore! I wouldve liked to have kept my number but because of this useless company, i have had to change my number with my new contract!! I have tried calling 10's of times, as well as had Edgars phone them. They respond with "Your contract has been cancelled but an operator will get hold of you within 24 hours to verify the cancellation." This has been going on for almost TWO months! I am furious and ready to report them for false advertising! This is unacceptable and it needs to be sorted out!
