Yesterday i called the call centre to have my suspended line reconnected.eventually after 3 hours i got through. the agent advised she cannot do this (despite it being done many times before). i asked to speak to her manager, which i then waited for ten minutes. eventually her "manager" Tumi came on line and advised that she will reconnect my line. i asked her why the agent couldn't do this, to which she replied its in her discretion. this morning my line was still suspended.i called in and a very helpful gentleman assisted me, he further advised that nothing was done on my line, no notes were made, and the biggest LIE, THERE IS NO MANAGER BY THE NAME TUMI. why does it take 3 hours to get through to the call centre and why was I (THE CONSUMER) given false information. Ive been a mtn customer for 13 years, their service has consistently been getting worse
unfortunately because of the 3 hour wait i forgot the name off the call centre agent, but im sure my call can be tracked and the persons responsible for this "" behavior can be traced and dealt with.
i hope i get some sort of feedback
