I received an sms from Vodacom stating that I am due for an upgrade on my contract, so I went to your Vodacom 4U store in Clearwater mall, and after waiting 30min in a que I was told the sms must have been sent in error, as i can only upgrade on the 1st November 2013. I then went back on the 1st November 2013, and while i was in the store, posters and banners were being put up for the Samsung S4mini in blue, purple and red. I was the first customer to enquire about this, and completed all the paper work, and was told by Shaun, that he will call me as soon as they came in as it should be the following Thursday. Then i was promised the following Thursday, then the Thursday after that. Then i was told to wait and he would contact me when the stock came in. I went to the store again yesterday, and was told that they received all their stock, and they were already sold out. I WAS THE FIRST TO ORDER ONE AND I AM THE ONLY ONE NOT RECEIVING ONE!!! The assistant manager said that Shaun does not work there anymore, and they have NO stock!!! Why am I being messed around as a customer by your useless staff and USELESS service???
