This event took place over this past weekend. A pity that I couldn't report this complaint earlier as I've been very busy but I have not forgotten about this very BAD service my fiance and I received from the front desk managers, or whoever they were!
We were set on purchasing a microwave and two bar stools. Firstly we had to wait long, as some of the staff members had already gone home before shift end and there was no one in the selected areas! Then there was no stock but not a single notification indicating 'out of stock'! Walked to the front desk enquiring and WE (customers) were sent to do the run around for bar codes for them to check if GAME Canal Walk would have stock!
I told them, that this was not the job of a customer! The woman at the front desk yelled at me ' All you need to DO is just go get the bar code SWEETY'! How RUDE and disrespectful!

She is not in her own house and I am certainly not her child, to be yelled at!

I would rather appreciate if GAME could schedule a meeting with those two at the front desk because a phone call apologising, just wont cut it for this type of behaviour!

I would certainly not have people like that working for me!
