Bad Attitude at information desk

Good day. Saturday 20130316 I had a very unfortunate run in with the person at the information desk at The Glen Mall. Her name is Lebohang. I came up her the information desk to ask her for direction to the food court as it was my first time at the mall. As I approached the information desk she was busy on the phone on bbm and I had to greet her several times before she gave me her attention. She haphazardly answered my question. I was trying to explain to here that it was my first time at the mall and could she please give me better directions and she was quick to dismiss me. If people are at the information desk and cannot pay attention to the people they are supposedly giving information to they should rather be removed and replaced with people how are going to pay attention at work.
