There were a line of only 5 people in the que at the enquiries desk. The woman working behind the desk too 22min to rica the 1st person. Which I think is totally pathetic and incompetent. then helping the second person took similarly long. It such a waste of my time, I had to leave after standing at the front of the que for about 15min.
please train your staff in customer service, we do not have all the time in the world to stand in ques and wait for your incompetent staff to help us.
