Telkom Not Cancelling Service

I have been calling and emailing Telkom from the beginning of November requesting that my service with them is cancelled effective 30 November. Nobody answers when I call 10210 and choose option 4 and when I email, I get automated responses. This month I have been billed for a service I did not want. Can someone at Telkom please cancel all services related to the number 0314615503?
