To cancel your ADSL line TELKOM indicates one should:
1. Phone 10210 and choose the "end service option". I have telephoned them 3 times and waited 50 minutes; 20 minutes and 10 minutes respectively until the line goes dead
2. Send a Fax to 0880313633505... NO RESPONSE AFTER 5 DAYS
3 Send an email to [Email Removed] ... NO RESPONSE EITHER
When I call the complaints number currently on the TELKOM website I get an automate THIS LINE DOES NOT EXIST...
