Blames process on bad service, pathetic!!!

I purchased a Samsung S4 from MTN Stoneridge through a contract 3 - 4 months ago. The phone battery swelled up. I took this back to the store who sent it in for repairs. I explained to Ndaba on the day that I need this phone. I have two baby girls at home and if there are emergencies, I am not reachable.
He proceeded to call who ever and book the phone in.
On calling to follow up today I was told that my phone will take 7 days from today to come back and blamed the processes on this, it cannot change I was told, it cannot and will not be sped up or expedited.
This is a simple battery swap, refer to:

All they need to do is replace the battery and give me my phone, there is no need to fiddle with the phone or software, the battery is damaged and I need my phone back urgently, there should never be, "I cannot help you, it is our process, I cannot change MTN process" that is not acceptable.
MTN you disappoint me beyond words!!!
