Cell C the worst Cellphone provider in the world

My phone just died and I took it to Cell C Carnival Mall. Needless to say they could do nothing. After 10 days, checked on the phone, told by manager Roelien it wasn't back yet. After another week checked again and they had no record of the phone. She then said it was never sent to repairs because of internal problem. I asked about lack of communication in this regard and she stated it was not her problem and if I wasn't happy I could fetch my phone and report her to her head office, which I did. They have been equally ineffective and once again NO communication and NO phone. Please beware of using them as your provider, good deals with ZERO backup. The Carnival Mall shop never has any stock but I am sure this is also not Roelien's problem? Useless service
