I recently upgraded my contract to a straight up 100 including a special deal of an additional 900MB of data a month (This was the only reason I took this specific contract). A few days later I checked my account and found out that I had only been allocated 72MB and was being charged for my data. I called the Cell C 'customer care' center who was of NO HELP whatsoever and placed me on hold every time I asked a question. He then told me that the additional 900MB had not been loaded to my account but that he had logged a query and I will be contacted within 48hours. 4 days later, I call again to find out what is going on and was told that I could not speak to a manager, and had no other choice but to wait ANOTHER 48hours as my complaint had again been escalated. In the meantime I am being charged for data which should have been allocated to my account. I am still waiting for someone at Cell C to contact me so that this can be resolved!!!
