I upgraded my contract on 27 May 2013 to the Samsung Galaxy S4 Straight up 200 at R499 pm PLUS 800MB additional data. I received pro rata airtime, sms and data for the few days in May 2013 which is acceptable (I question however the pro rata data given based on what my real complain is hereunder). On 1 June 2013 200 anytime minutes and 200 sms/mms were loaded. BUT only 200MB was loaded! No additional 800MB as my contract states. I phoned customer care on 1 June 2013 that logged a call assuring me it would be rectified. On 3 June (8am) I phoned customer care once again as nothing was rectified. Again I was assured that it would be forwarded to the billing department to see if I qualify! 12pm and still I heard nothing about my claim. How can they "see if I qualify" for the additional 800MB? My contract states that! At this stage Cell C is in breach of my contract! I want the MB added that I am entitled to according to my contract. If you look at all the calls that I have logged since 27 May 2013 since migrating to this new package I find it absolutely unacceptable. It seems that I am spending more time with customer care from 27 May 2013 than anything else. I am really very unhappy!!!
