I AM SICK AND TIRED OF MTN'S HORRIBLE SERVICE

It has been Five weeks trying to find out if my sell phone is ensured. Attempt 1-In King Williams Town MTN they said their system is offline and could not assist me. Attempt 2-At Mdantsane Mtn they said I must phone 808 for assistance where they could not help me I must go to East London Hemingways MTN.Attempt 3-I gone on Google to get the MTN insurance Contact number, Tried to contact them was trying for 42 minutes and twice for in between 30 - 40 minutes. Attempt 4 -I went so MTN in hemmingways and they said they can't help me they don't have the documentation to do the insurance they will E-mail the MTN insurance for the documents and when they receive it they will phone me back that was two weeks ago with no call back. Attempt 5 -The insurance department sent me a E-mail because of the complaint I gave on HelloPeter to fill in the document and send it back, but I didn't have all the information. Attempt 6 -I had to phone 808 to get the information and Zanele Zulu said the cant help me because of security check se was very rude. Attempt 7- Phoned 808 again the lady requested that they must phone me. They phoned me and the service was THE WORST EVER said I am to late!!!
