I recently ported from MTN to Cell C but stayed with Nashua Mobile for my contract. I chose Cell C because of the special they were running on the BlackBerry Z10 which included BlackBerry lite and an extra 500meg data. 2 weeks into the new contract and I hit the soft block limit and found I had used all the bundled data as well as all the airtime which was used for additional data. I queried it and they unlocked the soft block for an additional R100. This was used up by the end of the month. When the new months bundle was loaded I checked the balance and found that the additional 500meg was not loaded. I called the help desk to query this and it was found it was not reflecting on my contract although it's a well publicised BlackBerry special currently. The help desk attitude was really where my complaint because they told me to return to the store. They treated me as if I was a until I pointed out that they should be aware of the specials they are advertising. They agreed to investigate and email the solution to my complaint but there has been no further communication from them.
