Not receiving my 900mb data - Contract

I am meant to receive 900mb data every month. This month I only received 100mb, so I called them on the 6/9 and I was informed it was a common problem with this contract and that my error had been logged and will be sorted out. But in the meantime I can use my phone as normal and I will be credited for the data I use within the 900mb - Sounds fair! So today 12/9 I got an sms to say I've reached my R100 call limit and I will be soft blocked. So I called them again, I was told that the data hasn't been activated yet and I can only receive another R100 for the rest of the month, but they cant tell me when I will receive this data, so I might be phoneless soon! This is crazy, its almost half way through the month and I still haven't received what I am paying for? I am still waiting for my phone to be unblocked as they have to extend the call limit. Is this ever going to end? And I sure hope this isn't going to happen every month!
