No response when calling only chime and advertising not even mail response just for a simple PUK Code request. I have tried calling for more than an hour and told to hold even when sending an email. I had to request for the manager but told to hold whilst the phone is billing me. The 0741000123 is not working at all, I have never for the past two years got through it.
