I have called IT Academy yesterday spoke to the lady at the switchboard and was told she cannot assist me it's only Cindy that can assist me, so i left a message and after leaving her a message i still sent an e-mail, 24hrs later no response to my mail, yet i got a red receipt and no calls returned, even after calling again today and leaving a message and sending another mail. I called the mobile numner that appears on the website and got a hold of Cindy, she acknowledged receipt of my mail and suddenly the call is placed on hold, i sent her an sms informing her that my call was placed on hold, she did not bother to respond to my text message nor return the call, So much for 1st impressions, if i'm battling with the simple things with this institute, i need to think twice about whether i really want to waste my money with these people.
