Cell C continually mixes up the billing and limits on my contract. I spend an average of an hour a week on the phone with your customer care consultants. ( if they can even call themselves that, because they clearly do not care) I have to fight to get to a manager every time because the consultants don't know what is going on and when i get to the manager they tell me its not their department and they will "escalate" the matter and someone will get back to me within two working days. Inevitably no one does and i am forced to start the entire process over again. Your call rates are cheap and so is your service and attitude. Disgusted and disappointed that there is no walk in centre and all your customers can do is to call and hope to heaven that someone who actually knows what;s going is on duty to sort the mess out.
