Cell C a disgrace to customer service!

Phone Cell C direct and have your phone delivered hassle free... WHAT A JOKE! For the last 13 days I have spent my mornings on the phone to Cell C trying to work out where my application is. I get promised by consultants that they will return my call as no one seems to know what is going on! To this day NOBODY has once called back to tell me what is happening. So I start the next day, trying to get hold of someone to explain why this process is taking so long. As the frustration grows I am put onto a manager 5 days ago, who "promises" on Monday that my phone will arrive "at the very latest" on Wednesday, well it is now Thursday, still no one has returned a call no one has responded to my emails! If this is the kind of service I get at the start of my contract I don't have much faith in C cell as a company! today I phone and am put on hold for 10 minutes (nothing new) but today I am then cut off. I must have spent over R300 in calls to Cell C direct in the last 2weeks (so much for the saving on connection fee and sim card). I still do not have a phone and won't hold my breath for any solution!
