Incompetent and No Response from consultants

Applied for a contract 2 weeks ago-got response that it has been approved on the 20th July 2013 and from there Cell C Consultants have been lying endlessly can you get a different story every d*mn day first its the porting thats a problem then they escalate it and get consent to port upon delivery then the next day they say theapplication has been hanging too long once again escalated the next day im told that it was never sent to their QC department for approval again it gets escalated then the next day theres no reference number available as the package hasnt been sent to the couriers as yet only to find out today that the order was CANCELLED!!! How incompetent can they get now really how frustating is it to hear excuse upon excuse every day and yet on my expenses because none of them had the decency to keep me in the loop... Am i then asking for this phone for free As if Im then not gonna pay for it! Just got a call from Isaiah Maponya whom i was informed is Gary Ndlovus manager only to hear that he does not know anyone by the name of Gary Ndlovu and he'll escalate it to the correct manager. This is absurrrrrd I am disgusted to the core can CELL C's service really be so poor!!!
