FAILURE TO ACTIVATE MICRO SIM FOR MORE THAN 48 HRS

I am extremely disappointed in the incompetence of Cell C. After a great battle that commenced in December 2012 I have now managed to cancel my RBM contract (the promotion has ended) and "upgrade" to a new contract. I was dealing with a manager at Cell C, Lizelle de Villiers. When I received my Blackberry Z10 on Friday morning, I thought my nightmare was over-but it was only the beginning. A simple sim swap that should have taken 24 hours has now taken more than 48 hours. I spoke to 3 incompetent call centre agents on Saturday who all gave contradictory advice. I have been e-mailing Lizelle de Villiers since the weekend and my micro sim has not been activated. The matter has apparently been referred to the technical department but no one has bothered to phone me and explain the delay and when the sim will be activated. I have e-mailed the customer service department and no surprise-they have failed to respond. Any attempt to phone customer care or cell c direct is useless. You are expected to listen to music for up to 20 minutes without your call being answered. I suppose this is the price you pay for cheap call rates?
