Overcharging. Still waiting on response

I renewed my contract 2 weeks ago to Smart S, which should have taken affect on Dec 1. I downloaded Vodacom's app to keep track of data, call and sms usage, which indicates that I don't have some of the services activated that Smart S promises. I am currently being charged more than what I am suppose to be paying monthly.

If there is a valid reason for the extra costs that I have overlooked or forgot about, that's fine. But nobody has contacted me back to justify the extra costs or admit they made a mistake their side. First complaint was logged 6th Dec. Second call to follow up was following Tuesday. Vodacom says its sitting with accounts dept but would come back to me by Mon 16th at close of business. Figure they forgot about the public holiday, so I gave them some time to get back to me by end of business today. It's now more than 2 weeks later and still no reply.

Against my better judgment, I've decided to stick with Vodacom for another 2 years. I'm already regretting this decision. I would appreciate a response to this complaint ASAP.
