Data Connectivity Issue in the coverage area

Case number registered with 8TA: 7133657, I have a signal issue in my house which falls under network coverage area from 8TA, bought a contract for 10 Gigs a month for 24 months, lodged the case 4 weeks back. No response from the concerned authorities and i have been calling continuosly for the past 2 weeks and the call Centre agents are just updating the logs and escalating the issue but as usual no response. This is really the worst experience i had so far.
