NO MTN COVERAGE, NO RESPONSE, NO FOLLOW UP

I took out two sim cards with afrihost on the mobile data special they were running - this was on September 4th. TWO MONTHS AGO. Their network coverage maps said that my area was covered. I got the sim cards, spent weeks calling afrihost and emailing and eventualy they confirmed that it was a MTN coverage issue. MTN is just as useless and my gripe is now with them. Afrihost says that they escalated the coverage issue to MTN. whatever. I escalated the issue to MTN myself via [Email Removed] Phumi replied on 2 Octoebr, gave me reference number (ref0058236). And told me to wait 10 days for someone to call me. It's been over a month. I emailed her on 21 Oct to follow up and got no response. This is why I am still a loyal vodacom customer and always will be. MTN is useless in terms of coverage (i don;t live out in the sticks, it's unacceptable that I don't have MTN coverage) and MTN is useless in terms of service and follow ups. I've cancelled the one MTN SIM CARD with afrihost, and will cancel the other one soon unless MTN gets back to me with regards to coverage. Pull finger people. This is a joke now.
