Hello All,
This is my second post for 8ta, I registered a complaint in the first post that there is no network in my area.
Any legal advise on this will be much appreciated, I am ready to take this up with consume court.
1) 28th Aug 2013 - I first lodged a complaint saying there is no coverage in my area (27 French lane, Monringside) although 8ta website shows this area as fully covered.
2) 03rd Sep - I got one email asking for details about my contract and number etc . which i replied.
3) 05th Sep - social team of telkom said they have sent the details to network department and somebody will visit the area to check the coverage.
4) 9th Sep - Technician visited the area and my house, Agreed that there is no coverage
5) Case no - 6584087 - No feedback received despite consistent follow up.
6) 19th Sep - Team said they are forwarding my request to cancellation department
There after i went to cancellation in Rosebank telkom outlet
The manager there said no wait we will send some body with more technical knowledge to your house.
He came and gone, nothing has happened till date and telkom is still charging me monthly for my contract.
Any help would be appreciated
