Good day i just want to lodge a complained about incompetent staff at the south gate branch. I upgraded my account last week Friday 6 Dec 2013 i got a samsung S4 the device keep on loosing signal i am not even able to make a when renewing the contract i was told about the 7 days exchange period which is working days and when i went back to the store on the 16 June i was told that weekend is also included in this period of which i am out of the time. the staff member just said i had to pay 8000 and cancell the contract.
I did not even have the benefit of the phone for as much as 3 days. but because i work far i could not get back to the store sooner or by the third day. i am now told that it will take 21 workin days for feedback. The staff at southgate was very incompetent, rude and abrupt it is because of staff like this that you will be loosing clients.
will cellc reimburse me for the amount of days that i have to wait for the phone. i in actual do not want the samsung anymore i would like to change the device.
