I recently upgraded my cellphone contract at 8ta Pavilion branch. I initially wanted the Bold 9790 with the social network for R278 on smart contract 2 . The incompetent staff at 8ta informed me and my husband that the plan does not come with whatsapp, so I was forced to take the 9360 curve for R248 with BIS on smart contract 1. 5 days later I take the device back to the store because the battery overheats and doesn't last for more than 4hours, not even a full day. When I took back the device, the technician at the Branch informs me that I should put the device on 2g and the battery doesn't last more than a day. I was also informed that the initial contract that I wanted to take with the Bold 9790 does come with watsapp. Which means I was incorrectly informed by the lady who assisted with my upgrade. So I asked if I could change to that and the staff and the manager says I cannot change. This was all within my 7days after signing. Then when I asked the store Manager Gordan if I could cancel my contract he says that according to the cellphone industry law I am liable to pay for the rest of the contract. I feel I was taken for a ride by 8ta, now I am stuck with a fone that i dnt want
