Bad Service, Incompetent rude

I went in to the Cell c shop, as my Samsung S4 would not switch on, this was 4 days after i opened a contract with cell. Sipho Machate insist that cell c cannot do anything, as it is my problem, and I should sort it out with samsung, he refused to direct me to the samsung store, merely stating it is in Brooklyn, no direction, contact details nothing. He refused to help me, than called a lady from the back, who was extremely rude, and said i should just go to brooklyn and ask around for the samsung store, as my contract with cell c has nothing to do with a malfunctioning phone.
I work with my phone yet they refused to assist me with a loan phone for the interim, or even look at my phone to see if anything can be done, to add to this the lady refused to give me her name, she was screaming saying dont you dare give my name, what does she want with my name, while i stood not even two steps from her. Rude unprofessional, bad service. Just 4 days after my move to cell and i regret it, the adverts and promise of being a brilliant network provider are not true. I was with another network provider for more than 10 years with no problem, 4 days with cell c and I am treated like this. Can i please cancel my contract
