I took a contract with Elite mobile. The debit to go through on the 11th and contract to commence in 24 to 48 hours later. I asked about the BIS. It was stated that all I would do is contact then and it would be reinstated and up and running within 10min. I was satisfied with this and accepted the contract. Now 5 days have passed they still cannot activate the BIS. I have cancelled this and was told it would take 24 to 48 hours. What a lie. They now say it will take 30 days. I will not have my BIS for 30 days as they cannot do anyhing about it. I cannot buy a BIS as they won't allow it. I have spent additional money calling them. They keep you on hold and don't allow you to speak to a supervisor or manager. No one can assist or do anyrhing to help. As I rely on my phone for emails and business calls I cannot afford to have nothing working. I also have to buy additional data bundles just to check my mail that comes free with BIS
