In October 2012 i have accepted a telephonic offer by Elite Mobile and was under the impression that my existing Vodacom contract will be replaced and was promised vouchers which even after many calls I did not receive. I am accepting that I am responsible for the contract in question but want all the additional service sold to me cancelled, why pay for email services when i am already using BB? The add-on services I am refering to is - Techsured Band 1 - R62.50.00; VAS Contract Email Address - Elite Mail 1 - R29.00; Phonebox Contract PhoneBox 1 - R19.00; Society Contract Society 1 - R49.00. I am not even sure what it all is for... Details of the vouchers as promised - R1600 Vouchers (R200 x 8 months). I am already paying for a contract I have no use for and the best I can do is have the add-ons cancelled & receive the promised vouchers.
I have also send a mail via the website during the week and still no response and would like to settle this matter soonest.
