Illed extra & forced to pay even after cancelling

A month ago I cancelled my telkom dsl and uncapped service with telkom, so that I could move over to another service provider. My reason for cancelling is intermittent connection (which 2 technicians coming through to the house on 2 separate occasions could not pin point).

When I opened this account they billed me for 2 dsl and uncapped accounts amounting to R1500 which I was then forced to pay at the bayside branch. I was only suppose to be billed R500. (I was never credited the VAT and frankly I call that!)

Now when I cancelled, after giving a months notice and going into the branch to make sure that it is cancelled, I get a bill for the next month which includes dsl and uncapped services! Seriously, can you people get nothing right??? I'm only suppose to be billed for the voice line!!! Even the employees at your branch are saying that their company. Doesn't that say something. I would be embarrassed if my employees had said something like that to one of my customers.

I have been sitting a week now without internet, I can't migrate my dsl line due to a 'Pending line order' with Telkom. PLEASE I'M BEGGING YOU, MAY I HAVE SOME SERVICE!!!
