96 hours later and service not active

Telkom Mobile advertise services which cannot be activated. The service in question is unlimited calls to ONE telkom land line for R30 per month. 4 Days and more that 96 hours after trying to get this to work, it still does not work. I even called in about 6 times and still not resolved.

I cannot believe that Telkom Mobile offers products that CANNOT be purchased. In theory I should have been able to use this service via USSD minutes after buying my SIM Card, but the USSD service keeps failing and the people dealing with the case did not even reply and closed the case 6876 126.

I find it unacceptable that after 96 hours I still cannot use the service.
