I was supposed to have a 24 hour wait for International Calling to be activated on my contract after following the necessary procedures. When I explained that I urgently needed to call the UK after a family member suffered a stroke and I needed to call the hospital as I was struggling to get the family on the phone, they managed to activate it within the hour.
