I have reported this matter on hello peter and done the feed back as well, they sent a technician out to check if there was no signal for the LTE router after I informed them of same, I have also received emails from this BB person but my LTE still is not working.

Now I have been to my Attorneys and we have issued summons for losses suffered and all other causes, can someone at Hello peter do something before I have to incur anymore legal fees please. I am really fed up with this company and they don't seem to give a $#@! # about any of their clients.

They have also contacted me to have a guy come and test it again, but I told them it still does not work.

I am really at a loss, and have to wait until FEB for a trial date, so that a Judge can force these incompetent @#$@! to do something.
