Another week without final feedback

I write this complaint directly to the CEO of Edgars/the Edcon group. It has been more than a week and I have still not received any final feedback from you "customer service department". I get a generic response to apologize for any inconvenience caused, but never get any final feedback. I therefore confirm that I give you 4 hours to respond to this complaint with final feedback. Failure to do so will force me to take legal steps and make use of every possible media and legal channel to make people understand just how little you care about your clients. I will also be contacting Transunion ITC to inform them of how you posing to be them when sending sms's to clients. I have had enough of all your harrassment and failure to comply with basic customer service.
