This is now the 3rd complaint and still no answers.

After calling 3 times, loading a Hellopeter complaint, then speaking to 2 team managers (Sizwe Dlamini and some other character) who swore they would personally call me back and never did, my billing issue still has not been resolved.

I called again today and insisted on speaking to a manager, not team leader, who was just as useless (Thabo Makola). Needless to say, 45 min later he told me there is an issue (no), but he does not what it is. He also confirmed that there is a refund due (surprise!!!) and it has not been done yet, after I was told 2 weeks ago that the money will reflect in my account in 14 working days... I have seen circus animals with more intelligence than the staff of Telkom...

Next stop, consumer board, I have had enough.
