8TA signal is OVERSOLD to the public, and BAD, BAD

Twice before, have I complained about the WEAK 8TA internet signal. 1st time, 8TA sent a technician to my house. He could NOT find any problem with my computer, but he did test the SIGNAL to be under performing. WHEN I got the modem, it WAS tested by 8TA that I live in at HIGH SIGNAL ADDRESS. APPARANTLY they boosted the signal strength to fix it, but shortly thereafter, the service got worse. AGAIN.
2nd time, I was resent, the SAME questionnaire as the first time (with answers ALLREADY provided by me in the emails and complaints) and was emailed "we will get back to you". It seems as if 8TA must be either A: FULL of untrained affirmative action placements; B: have technical staff with no knowledge; C: that cannot read; D: untrustworthy staff that do not deliver customer service as promised, just to make Hello Peter believe that the problem is solved, and in the process to the public; or E: all of the stated.???
I have used the internet service they provided [URL Removed] to test the signal (upload and download), which results in SIGNAL / SERVICE, FAR FAR FAR below ANY OTHER service providers. (And I kept ALL emails and graphs to proof my point.)
