Where to start... Network problem reported.

2 weeks later received feedback that I can contact a company to install booster for my account as they thought it was a pay as you go only customer.

I then requested for contract to be canceled as Vodacom is in Breach of contract as they specified that I have signal on their website in my area

They arranged for someone to have my signal tested. another 3 weeks went bye with no feedback.

Eventually was arranged for booster to be installed. Appointment was made. Person who was supposed to install did not show up.

Contacted Vodacom. Promises was made for feedback before a certain time. Once again no feedback. Emails are being sent with the standard "we apologize and the matter has been escalated. " My patience is running out with an incompetent service. Or as I call it: NO SERVICE. I would strongly advise anyone to sign a contract as they are always on time with the debit orders and don't give a about the customer once you signed the contract.
