For the last week our Business Line has been offline!! The busiest time of the year and to not have a line is totally unacceptable!! We are losing money every day that this line is not in service!!! We've paid for adverts to go into news papers and thank goodness we added other contact details. But many people wont call cell numbers because of costs related to cellular calls. Why do we experience such a high rate of Line Issues in our area??? I'm tired of phoning telkom almost every 2 - 3 weeks because theres a line issue! FIX IT!
